Casa Pia sit bottom of the Primeira Liga without a single goal to their name this season, a record they will struggle to improve upon when hosting FC Porto on Saturday afternoon. The visitors arrive having dropped only two points all campaign, built on a defensive organisation that has delivered three consecutive clean sheets on the road. Casa Pia, meanwhile, have shipped four goals per home game and failed to score in both outings at their own ground.
Our model makes a firm call for an away win here. Given the defensive mismatch, there is high confidence that Porto will score the opening goal and that at least one side will be kept off the scoresheet. The model leans cautiously towards a match featuring more than two goals overall, though a 2-0 Porto victory is the speculative exact-scoreline projection.
