By accessing or using MatchdayAI (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Service

MatchdayAI provides AI-generated football match analysis, statistical data, and predictive modelling outputs. All content is provided for educational and research purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any wager.

MatchdayAI is an information and analytics service, not a gambling operator. We do not accept or place bets, process wagers, or hold customer funds. We display no bookmaker odds, carry no betting or affiliate links, and have no commercial relationship with any betting operator. Any decision you take on the basis of our analysis is yours alone and made at your own risk. If gambling is causing you or someone you know harm, free confidential support is available at begambleaware.org.

2. No Warranty

Predictions are generated by machine learning models and are inherently probabilistic. The Platform makes no guarantee of accuracy, profitability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. It is your responsibility to comply with all laws applicable to you in your location.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

MatchdayAI is free to use with an account. Pro is an optional paid subscription, charged in advance at $9.99 per month or $79 per year in US dollars. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
• We may change our prices. Any change applies from your next renewal, never mid-period, and we will tell you before it takes effect.
• If a payment fails, we retry it for a limited period. Pro access ends if the payment is not recovered; your account and its free features are unaffected.

Refunds are covered separately in our refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code on this Platform are the property of MatchdayAI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchdayAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any predictions or analysis provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
