Refund Policy

This policy covers the MatchdayAI Pro subscription — $9.99 per month or $79 per year, charged in advance. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Everything else on MatchdayAI is free and never charged for.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your access immediately — Pro stays active for the rest of the period you have already paid for, and lapses at the end of it. You will not be charged again.

2. The 14-day window on a first payment

If you are unhappy with Pro, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies once per account, to the first subscription payment only.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments are not refundable, and we do not refund part of a period you have already started. If you no longer want Pro, cancel before the renewal date — you keep access until the period ends, so cancelling early costs you nothing.

We send no renewal reminder for monthly plans. If a renewal has caught you out, write to us anyway; see section 5.

4. Payments we always refund

• A duplicate charge — if you were billed twice for the same period, we refund the extra charge in full.
• A charge after cancellation — if you cancelled and were billed anyway, that is our error and we refund it in full.
• A charge you did not authorise — tell us and we will refund it and close the subscription while we look into it.

5. Anything else

Outside the cases above we still read every request, and we would rather sort something out directly than have you dispute a charge with your bank. Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you have where you live.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@matchdayai.com from the address on your account, or use our contact page. Tell us which charge you mean and roughly when it happened — we do not need your card number, and we will never ask for it.

We reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, and usually appear within five to ten working days depending on your bank.
